Power steering probs

I had my power steering lines go bad 3 weeks ago. All the fluid was on the driveway. I had the shop put two new lines in. When I got the car back it was still making kinda of a whining sound. They said after the air gets out of the lines it should stop. 3 weeks later it is still making a whining sound but not nearly as bad. If I sit at a stop light I can hear it. When you start it up you can hear it. Very light whining sound. If I give it gas while in neutral the sound gets faster. Is there possibly fluid on my belt or something? Nothing else has leaked at all and the fluid reservoir is where it should be so I hopefully ruled out the pump going bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My GT does it. But not the GTX. You paid for them to work on your car, take it back. Tell them you didn't pay for the air. They can keep it.
