what are the differences besides the turbo and non turbo models on a 1996 supra

everything. Pistons, rods, tranny, diff, driveshaft, head, etc.

Actually the short block is the same. The difference is the propeller shaft(drive shaft), differential, head, injectors, turbos, trac control, ecu, clutch salve, clutch fork.
