Thanks to MachI2003 for the digital enhancements! Let's hope they paid more attention to the door panels than the artwork! :evillol:

On this article it said it will release at MAR 30, but we should expect fujimi's usual late. and it got some new feature on it, and it is a limited version.

 Well that did make me laugh, but really..!! Even without the arrows pointing it out, you can see it clearly..!! Artwork, not a strong area for them by the looks of it - or whoever does their box art..!!

Don't laught too hard, chances are the instructions give you a regular coupe body and tell you to cut the top off.

Well, it is a "special" edition!
If anyone in the US is getting an extra one send me a PM...
I really want one, but I don't want to order just one kit. I just bought a new Airbrush and a bunch of other hobby expenses are in the works as well.

Im thinking that they used the original 355 art work and photoshop chopped the roof but because of the reflection on the windsheild they opted to leave the pillars. this store may have done the photoshopping for that matter.

The picture came directly from Fujimi's website. Of course they altered the original artwork from the first F355 (red car/white box), but if they can phototchop the roof off they can also remove the pillars and redo the reflection on the windshield-a good artist can do that in a very short amount of time. It's either a half-assed rush job or someone very inexperience w/car illustration. The boxart itself should be...should be correct-these early illustrations are just for preview on their website.

Either way, just hope they've taken more time and effort with the kit itself than with the artwork. Gotta have this one- never liked the spyder as much as the GTS (or even the GTB, for that matter!), but it's a V8 Ferrari, and so I can't help myself. One just tyres quickly of correcting Fujimi's shortcomings.... :banghead:
