Go to www.kbb.com (Kelley Blue Book) and look it up there. That's what most used car dealerships base their prices on. Well, most of them around here where I live that is.

well, is it going to be strong (dont know much about LT1, im better with LS1's but they are to expensive.) and what problems would be expected at that milage?

Yeah it for sure will be strong, especially between 80-90k miles. Depending on how it was previously driven, then it should still have plenty of life left in it. I've heard of the LT1's still going strong well past 200k miles. Definately a reliable engine. As for what problems it may have, again depends on how the previous owner took care of it. Common problems I've seen with the LT1's are the water pump, the distributor failing due to it getting wet (the water pump is located right above it), and just some other nit pick things. Just test drive it first, make sure it drives good, then I'd take it to get a tune up. Make sure you flush the radiator, the oil, transmission fluid, etc etc. Let me know how it goes or if you need and more info, i'll be glad to try and help.

7K is high talk them down to around 5K and you got a good price as long as the car has not been wrecked. also tell them you want a carfacts report on the car from them if they are reputable they will get one for you and just double check the vin on the car and report to make sure they match
