Loud Thumping noise...

Ok this problem has gradually gotten worse and ive tried looking into the problem myself but no fixes yet. Basically when driving you hear a loud thumping noise. As the car speeds up the thumping rate increases. Its nothing to do with the tires or the rotors as both have been replaced. Right now im thinking it might be some sort of universal join. Also the thumping stops or almost stops while making a 5 degree turn of the wheel to the right, past that it starts thumping again. Gets a lil scary on the freeway loud and fast thumping. Any one had a similar problem or maybe know what it might be?? Dont think its a wheel bearing either but might be wrong. Oh BTW dunno if it makes a difference but 2000 Z24 cavi.

took it in to get it looked at and its actually the wheel bearing. Doesnt sound like the wheel bearing, and the guy said its probably the worst sounding wheel bearing he's ever heard. Its that bad of a sound.
