Interior Assist Handles

I have a 1994 GMC Sierrra K1500 ext Cab 4x4 5.7L
Has anybody ever installed Assist handles on the A-Pillar???
I've seen some on some Chevy Z71's on Passenger side. Where could i get some or are there some nice looking after market ones?
