Funny Sound...

Ok im starting to hear this funny sound comeing from the right rear of my car... sounds almost like a chain being draged on the ground... any ideas?

None come to mind...can you jack it up a bit and see if anything looks out of place?

Also does the sound vary with speed?

I think i foudn the problem... i was going to take off the rim and see whast going on mabey a loose bolt in the claipar or something but as i tried to take off the lugs one of them didnt come out... it will spin but not come loose... so my lug bolt is broken... and wont come out... sadly its the rear and there is no bolt in back to the hub... so i cant pull the hub. any ideas on that? how can i get it out with out destorying the rim and paying alot of money? probly isnt one...
