Electrical Issue / VSS & Heater Blower ?

When turning on the heater blower I immediately get a check engine light & antilock brake light for a second then they go out. The code is a 72 (VSS problem). Clear the code & everything is fine till I turn the heater blower on again. Could the VSS & blower have a common ground somewhere? No other electrical component causes this (Not even the 1,300 watt amps)
