I just got a ticket!!!!

I was coming back from Basketball and its about 12 am and i was flooring it every gear and i was going about 72 and he clocked me. I slowed down and i pulled over and waited for him to turn around and come on get me, doing that paid off at the end, because my insurance was expired on the 21st and he could of easily give me a reckless driving ticket and also expired insurance and on top of that he could of aresst me and tow my car, but he said that because i dident try to do anything stupid he just gave the ticket for speeding (32mph) and thats going to be a $204 ticket. Its ok do because my radar has a warranty that would pay for my ticket and also my uncle is a lawyer and i will go to court with him and pay for the ticket but he will talk to the judge and i have to go to Driving school for two 3 hr session and pay $50 and that would take 2pts off my record. So I guess its not as bad as it could of been.

Getting a ticket always sucks but you did get off ok anyway, so pretty lucky. It's just too tempting to not do stuff like that sometimes.

fyi even if you take a driving class the ticket will still stay on your record most likely (depending on the state) and with 32 over, the insurance company is gonna kick your ass.

thats why i drive an SUV everyday, cause i know that much power will get me into trouble on the streets if i did it all the time

Damn, sorry to hear that. I got a ticket today for "unsafe exit of a parking lot". The school sherrif decided that since my wheels spun for all of 2 seconds trying to clear the intersection, she should give me a ticket. So she made me get out of the car, took my keys and wallet, and made my stand with my hands on the hood for 45 minutes while she talked with 2 other cops on the scene about what they could nail me for. It's just going to end up being reckless driving, but I think that I'm going to fight it in court. Anyone ever have this happen to them? Any suggestions on what I should do?

I suggest you beat the hell out of the school sherrif and tell them to become a real cop before trying to bust you again.

LMFAO That's what I wanna tell the pathetic "Public Safety" that we have at our school. Stupid department here at my school thinks that they're actually prepared to handle actual crime that occurs. Okay, I take that back....maybe TWO of the guys on the department know what they're doing but everyone else is just pathetic. All they do is write people tickets for parking in the fire lane. Here's the stupid thing though....if you're not registered with the school, you won't even get charged. Freakin' STUPID!!! LOL :loser:

Man, I couldn't take that. No way, I don't think I ever would have stopped. I hate people on a power trip, especially those who are just trying to screw you. Really, go to court and wipe the floor with them...just make sure to give the sheriff a nice little smirk when you walk by. Then rev at them every day until the world ends. That even puts me in a bad mood, can't even imagine how you feel.

The best part is that I think thats the only time that I have ever really seen her out of her office in the school. She usually just sits there eating. And damn, she's ugly.
