Sputtering Problems

I have a 94 S10 4.3 HO 4x4 121K Miles:
Its ideling hard and when coming to a stop it will sputter from 500-1700rpms. Tried a can of 3M intake cleaner didnt work. Any Suggestions?
Also I have a squeeking sound coming from the back center of my truck it starts when i accelrate from a stop and increases in intensity until it gets real high pitched and either stops or keeps going i dunno if my ears can hear that high of a frequency after sitting in front of Zakk Wyldes 8 full stack marshall JCM 800s. haha little ozzy joke sorry

Look for vaccum leaks for your motor prob.
check the rear diff, u-joints and everything in the back for the squeek
