Looking for Mechanic in North Texas Area

Should any competent mechanic be able to change the timing belt on a 92 eagle talon? Taking it to any mitsubishi dealership would be an example.

Does anyone remember how much a mechanic will charge to change the belts?

If anyone has a mechanic they trust in the Dallas/Denton area can you post the name of the place.
