89 probe won't shift into 3rd gear

I have an 89 ford probe, and i just got the tranny rebuilt. But now it won't shift into 3rd gear. What do i do? Does anyone know what is wrong with it, if so how do i fix it?

I got my probe fixed!!! What was wrong was the magnetic pick up. so i'm happy now! hope all of you get your probes fixed too!
