95 sunfire coils

I've replaced the coil packs in my car atleast 6-7 times. I replace them 1 at a time. After a couple months my car will begin to hesitate and I'll have to replace the older coil pack. This solves the problem for a couple months then I have to replace the older one. Somebody told me it might be an ignition module? Any help?

It's also a 2.2 liter
