Brake lights don't work!

I have a 2002 Malibu. The brake lights don't work. Neither the center nor the tail work. I checked the fuses neither one was blown.

I have to assume that there is a relay that works both lights, most likely the switch that the brake pedal hits. Would you concur?

How the heck do I get to the switch? Are they easily replaced?
