BTW, the jet doesn't have a piston engine if you haven't noticed. Where's the cylinder? :p

I haven't done too much to my car other than drive it on the local road racing venues to learn how to harness the HP and torque that I already have. I have improved intake, replaced the stock brakes with racing ones.
My engine is currently at Arrow Racing getting a complete rebuild. When it comes back later this week, I'll be adding a competition clutch, an aluminum flywheel and anti-toe brackets (to improve the handling). I'm in the process of designing a very modified carbon fiber hood for my GTS.
Belive me when I say that this car has plenty of power and handling capabilities for any advnced driver. Most of the guys who are obsessed with more HP, and mods like NOS, gears, half-shafts and so on, are usually from the drag racing crowd. I do not drag race. I find road racingmuch more challenging, and the rush lasts much longer. JMO.
My next set of mods will be of the suspension and chassis. I will most likely add Penske adjustable coil-overs to replace the Koni coil-overs that came with the car. Most of my time and money will go into improving my track driving skills.
Be safe and have a great Easter or Passover.

the viper will kick its ass, so will most half decent cars. But the plane will pull so much more G in acceleration than the viper when it gets goin and kicks those afterburners in:bloated: . Some guy on British TV went from 1,000 ft to 18,000 feet in 11 seconds in an F15. Thats about 1500 feet per second? I arent good enuff at maths to convert that to miles instead of feet, but i reckon thats pretty damn fast:frog:

one of the RAF squadrons in the UK does this every year with a Jaguar plane. So far they have had an F40 and a TVR Cerbera 4.2. The plane beat em at the very end of the runway just before take off both times, but at the start the cars were kickin ass. BTW i think the plane was allowed its afterburners, so that probably made the difference

Because Dodge brought out a Competition Coupe (race car) to also race the F-16 with afterburners on. It also beat the F-16.
