buy seized & repos for 90% off. real or fake?

ive been to many sites that claims that we can bid on seized and reposessed cars that once only car dealerships can get a hold of. claims that we can get cars for 90 % off the retail value if your a member. membership ranges from $15 to $50 dollars. is this real or fake. has anyone gotten a good car on one of those websites. if so please reccoment a good site. im in need of a car NOW! please reply
