headlights overload

Hello All, This is my first here look forward to your help. Problem Hi beams glow when Low beams are turned on. R/R all four lights problem still there. R/R headlight switch and dimmer switch Hi beams still glowing. Lt GRN wire at dimmer switch will get hot to touch after about 15 min of use and trip the breaker. I did have 55watt low beam bulbs but have replaced with 35 watts now, still have problems. Also have no fog lights attached to the car. Another side note the headlight on/key in the ignition buzzer buzzes at all times now. This happen after the r/r of the switches, buzzer is removed now but I am buzzed over this!

Time to get out the schematics and start chasing wires. You have either a bad ground or a small short somewhere.
