Is it possible to change the shift points?

On my way to work 80km/h (49mph) is my normal speed.
The fourth gear is used, and the fifth kicks in around 85 (51).

Speed limit is 70 (43) why i don't want to go over 85 (51).

Yes, I beleive that you can change shift points.

I have sucessfully done this in other Ford vehicles using the "Hypertech Programmer" aka. "Hyperchip".

It's pretty easy to do, just fork out about $350 (US dollars), plug the programmer into your ALDL below your steering column, and reprogram the hell out of your vehicle.

Check out Hypertech.com. I have used competition programmers, they don't work nearly as well.

PS. Make sure you've done the "timing chain tensioner" recall or service bulliten on your 4.0 SOHC. (See Ford dealer) I've had to replace engines in 3 vehicles because of timing chain/ timing chain guide failures in those in just the last year.
