if you scroll up to the top of the page there is a link for the user CP...its in the section right below all the links for the different sections on here once you clikc the user cp link click proflie i think its the second one from the left and it will be at the bottom

How can I change my title. I looked in my control panel and cannot find it. My title says Newbie and I would like to change it to something else.

You can't change your title, it's something that only the admins can do and neither of them are available currently.
