383 Stroker, 10.5:1 compression. Moroso 7 quart oil pan, high vol. oil pump. Scat crank, eagle rods srp pistons, pro action heads, cran cam, hedman headers that are jet hot coated, 2.5" exhaust into borla mufflers. Billet Specialties pullies, march brackets, holley dominator intake and hp series 650 cfm carb. Muncie M20 4 speed tranny with 3.73 eaton posi. Goodyear eagle f1 tires on weld racing pro star 15" rims. Hugger orange with orange decales.
I think that pretty much sums it up. I have not dynod the motor. i have not ran it down 1/4 mile. i am estimating 450-500hp. needs work still. but im sure there is not one car on this forum that doesnt need work. a project car is a project for life.

Damn nice car, man. I'm thinking about doing a 383 too. Maybe next year sometime. Just saying "I got a 383" earns cool points, I think. The extra HP doesnt hurt either, I guess. lol

it was for sale but i desided against it. everytime i drive that car it is so exciting. like a rollercoaster ride everytime! Putting the new gauges in before it gets warm and new center console. and when i get more money, dash cap. Thanks for the compliments guys! its always nice to know that your hard work is appreciated by someone!

That's a nice car. check mine out(click on my gallery button), it's not as nice as yours, but I had fun with it. Sold it last summer for twice what I had in it, still miss it though! :crying:

NICE!! Awesome work and the best part is, you hold the bragging right of doing it all vs. just paying for it.
Awesome color to BTW.

thank you! and yes, there is a lot of pride in being able to do it all yourself. i do still have respect for people that pay to have it done and are willing to learn. but when you pay to have it done and have no clue what has been done to it, thats when it becomes a problem!
and about the color. 69 camaro hugger orange. love the color. dont see very many orange cars!

yeah, a few rustangs lately, but there just trying to be cool, not a bad color to look at in the rear view.
