1969 Camaro SS

Hey all...i got a tough job, heres the deal:
i got a 1969 Chevy Camaro SS, here are the stats as far as i can see:
Drum Brakes all around
Leaf springs =(
does anyone know where i can get a kit to change the leafs to coilovers or something like that, and later on, im gonna change the drums to discs
