Reseting factory alarm?

Does anyone know how to reset a GM factory alarm on a 94 Bonneville? I know the alarm works because when I unplug it then plug it back in it starts squealing. Or if I unplug the fuses coming directly from the alarm it starts squealing by itself also. Sometimes after I unplug it then plug it back in I have to open and slam the door to get it to start squealing. I think it needs reset.
