reset acura 99 cl check engine light

Does someone know how to reset a 99 Acura 3.0 CL check engine light? I really need to know. Thanks.

Check engine light? If it is on you should get a scan tool to tell you why it was turned on! You can erase the code at the same time, but unless the problem is fixed the light will come back on. You can try disconnecting the battery but some codes don't erase that easily. All this may require a trip to the dealer or garage. The light is probably on due to a fault code related to the EGR valve having insufficient lift or something. Common among V-6 CL's.
