Um, it was near the ECU in my honda...under the passenger floor panel (kickboard)

i believe its under the console. The console is 4 screws to take out. If its not there, post back up and i'll see if i can locate it on my service manual.

The computer under the console is the SRS unit.

thats right, the TCU is somewhere back behind the ECU, which the ECU is behind the radio. Just take off the kick panel and it should be back there somewhere.
