OBX or AutoGuage

I'm looking at two boost guages, both in the $30 range. One is an OBX el glow guage, really sharp bright blue at night, the other an AutoGuage 7 colour, not as bright but still nice. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either company or guage. I want to make sure they will work properly. Don't want to overboost!

Never heard of either company, I'm gonna go autometer probably... once I get the current stuff fixed up and get the money. You getting a second gauge? And wait I thought you were selling your car.

I am selling the car but I already have a manual boost controller and I figure if I can add 50hp for $100, it can only increase the value. Both companies are on ebaymotors.com, and I have seen them on there for a while.

Well just so you know, modding doesn't "increase value" It is only worth more if someone is willing to pay more...and many deem unmodded cars more reliable than modded cars...so you may want to reconsider...but that aside...

Both are probably about the same...go with whichever you like better...but my suggestion is to make sure you get one that shows boost and VACUUM...it makes it much easier to detect the presence of boost leaks.

autometer are the kind you can find at autozone, lol thats funny.
