To Be or Not to B20b/vtec

tell what ya think this is what im doing... i have a Jspec 98 b20b sitting in my garage i and thinking of all JDM cuz i got those 3 letter in my head and it wont come out .... what head should i get for my car i just learn that b16 would work....or b18c or b18c5? i know with the b18c you can get about 180hp and b18c5 lil over 200 so tell me what ya huh? o yea i have a GSR (Jspec) coming on the way you think i can smoke a MUSTANG =P or a Integra Type R with my new found POWER
