headlights

I am having trouble getting the low beams to run. The fogs and the DRL both work. But the low beams don't turn on. I checked the two fuses under the steering wheel and that didn't work either. I also put a voltmeter on the lights plug and there was no voltage. What's the deal?

I got the lights to work......I should have checked the filaments of the lights themselves before posting......good lesson learned though. Check the easiest possibility FIRST!
