required sensors ecu help

im looking to rebuild the harnes for a 88 supra turbo. im wondering what sensors are required to be hooked up. im going to use a Auto trans ecu on a manual car. i can see that their are a fiew water temp sensors and so forth so if anyone can let me know what i have to connect for optium preformance. thanks a lot!

reqirued sensors for the engine to start would be the cam position sensor and thats it. i started my car with only the cam position sensor ignitor and coil pack. thats it...
