Drivers seat belt

The drivers side seat belt of my 1999 gls is falling apart. Was like this since I bought it but I want to replace it since its kinda bad. Where can I buy a new one or can I get one at a junkyard?

You should be able to find one at a junk yard. Or online. A new one is generally easist to come by (so you know you wont get the wrong thing) at the parts counter at a dealership.
