First, welcome to AF!
Second, the RS isn't the best model if you are looking for performance. Believe me, I just sold my 99 RS and I'm buying a GSX. But, if that isn't an option for you, the intake, header(not headers), cat back, and pulley will probably gie you around MAYBE 20 hp. DO NOT get any "performance chips" they are a waste of money and do nothing for our cars.
Another route would be to save up for a custom turbo kit, or sell it and go turbo like I mentioned before.
Hope this helps

Yeah, like he said, you don't have the bang for your buck car to mod. You can custom fab a setup for yourself, or buy a kit, which leads to a wide price variation. On the cheap end, you have the cost of a turbo and supporting modifications (not the least of which would be fuel upgrades. Search for more). Companies like Hahn also sell kits, found here http://www.hahnracecraft.com/. Not that I endorse them, I have no idea. Look above you, there's a sticky for turbo'ing an na.
Simple answer: It's going to take money and balls, and more money than you want to spend.
BTW bench racing isn't an easy thing to respond to. If you're curious, go to the track or dyno, you can have fun and find out for yourself how fast your car is. Good luck.
