C - Clips

Can any one tell me how to get the c-clips off a axel shaft?

remove the brake rotors, remove the diff cover, remove the diff pin bolt(5/16")& pin, push the axles in as far as you can and the clips should fall out. just be sure the thrust washers on top of the diferental gears are in place when you put everything back together.
