What would I set this to on my amp? My setup is in my signature.

try it everywhere, see where you like it best. Chances are you won't notice much of a difference (if any at all), but if you do notice a difference then just leave it wherever it sounds best. There is no "correct" setting, it's all application-specific.

Alright. Yeah, when I messed with, I couldn't notice any difference at any level really.

I figred I need to rebuild my box with thicker wood. It's flexing so badly. I'm gonna get some 1" MDF and rebuild from there.

No. I never braced it. The measurements I got from stang didn't accomodate bracing.
