crx seatbelts

my seatbelts dont go up all the way sometimes and rip the door covering when i close the door. this is a common problem in crxs and im wondering if theres a way to tighten them so they go up all the way? or how hard it is to take them out and put pillar mounted belts in? i heard the door mounted belts are heavy also. any suggestions are apreciated

nobody has this problem? come on rex owners.....

all i can say is just take off the door panel and look at the seatbelt where it rolls up at. i dont think its that common of a problem cuz i've never heard of neone havin that problem
