spy ware/key log software

I find myself in need of a key logging software package to run on my computer. The problem is it MUST NOT write to a notepad. I am trying to monitor what's happening on my computer but others using it know to look at the notepad section. It must run TOTALLY silent and cannot be detected in any way except for my knowledge. I would prefer one that may be free but as long as it is affordable, i am open to anything.

Try using google. I found something like that on there once, ran silent. Did not appear in the taskbar, task manager or anywhere.

Google for Keylogger, you'll find plenty of free ones, but be careful it's not hard to make a virus that emails keylogs to yourself.
