Just a blind shot in the dark here; but I recently went to an auto show and there was a car there that had a system in it that would lower the window a tiny bit when you opened the door, then raise it when you closed it. I assume it is intended to help make a better seal with the top to keep water out, so maybe try the same idea, close the door with the window slightly down then raise the window up to meet the rubber. Like I said just a guess but maybe it will prove successful. (Sorry for the long post)

Not as far as I know. Which way do you mean? Like how far it goes up or how the window is angled left to right in the slides? Also does you window struggle to go up or go up slowly? If so the window lift motor may be going out slowly, that's what happened to mine.

Yes, there are a multitude of adjustments that can be made to the window to make it seal better/properly.

Most of the time the steps to align/adjust a window is outlined in a Chilton's or Hayne's manual in the section with the window removal/installation. It's not always under that sub-section, but there are steps for it in the book.

I just checked my Chilton manual and it is clearly described and even has a picture, go buy a manual they are invaluable.

If you're going to keep the car for a while then it would be a good bet to spring for a real set of factory manuals. They will cost you more than a Chilton or Haynes but then you will be getting a lot more as well.

Should be sorry, that was a huge post... jk...
Use Duct tape..
If unable to use duct tape, beat with a hammer until Duct Tape will remedy.

I actually do a lot of work on convertible tops, replace the weather stripping and make sure to install it correctly... it not to hard, just needs to look straight and be for your car
