The plastic interior pieces on my 77 firebird went from a blue to a gray, you can also scratch your name in it along with all the other scrathes. So my question is  , can you some how restore the pieces without replacing them, or if they must be replaced where can I get them.
thanks in advance.

You mean the hard plastic interior pieces, not the soft vinyl, right??
Almost always, this plastic has the same colour all the way through, and it is not a painted colour coat.
So, you likely can remove the top layer of oxidized plastic. Try a soft bristle brush and some soapy water. It may take lots of scrubbing but the layer should come off.
Take care not to use a too-stiff brush since that will damage the embossed fake leather-grain appearance of the plastic.
Finally, after its dried, use Armour-All to really bring up the colour.
Sometimes, it scrubbing will not work, or their is a painted colour layer (GM did this on some light-truck interiors) you can use a spray can of vinyl dye
This works well, if you can find a suitable colour match.
