R&R 3.8L Help?

am getting ready to replace 3.8L in 95 LeSaber, car has 140K, new motor has 90K. should I replace tourqe converter to avoid future problems w. lockup dificulties? waterpump? any advice on install? other possible problem areas? What's the best manual to get?
