last night i began painting my interior, i pulled the side door moldings off and started to paint them, one piece i painted silver, the rest of it i did blue, and the blue is scratching off easy, is it because i need clear coat? wash better? or i cant use the spray paint? when i first got done painting it, there were little dots where the paint moved???

It sounds like those will work better than what I have, but I have used Krylon Fusion Paint for Plastics and it has given me beautiful accents for that tuner look. That is what I saw recommended everywhere I looked but some guys went pro with the SEM and VHT.
I just used some ammonia and water to clean and prep my surfaces, no sanding done (as per instructions)
and sprayed ~4 coats of the Krylon finished off with a heavy coat of clear,
Again it worked great for me, but I don't have much to compare it to.
i just posted some pictures of what I've done in the photo gallery

I would not just use normal spay paint, although you supposedly can after using plastic primer.
The main reason your paint would be easily scratched off would be not enough drying time, bad prep./wrong surface material, or the wrong temps/humidity when laying the paint down (too cold and the paint never cures, it congeals and stays sticky).
Yes clear coat will help to protect your paint you've layed down, but not if the above mentioned conditions are not met
Follow the directions on the can exactly, and observe drying time (extra time is good), and temperture specifications (normally about 75*F-85*F in dry conditions)
