Help Buying an SER Spec V...

I want to buy a new SER Spec V, is there any particular year that I should shoot for, I'm thinking 2005, but I don't wan't to make a costly mistake. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

ive heard 2003- are bad for reliability, see if you can find a 2001 or 2002, i know a guy who had a 2003 and 2004 and he ruined the clutch on both in 6 months but hes a dink behind the wheel

i bought a 2005 and it works great for me so far, burning those mustang gt's and a bunch of other things, good car for the money

They all should be ok except the 02. Just stay away from the first year. The 03 is built much better than the 02 while keeping the same looks(which I like better), but the 04's and 05's I've heard are a teeny bit faster.
