Ok, I know it's probably highly illegal, but does anyone know how to make the flame thrower kit for the exhaust, or is there a kit to buy somewhere?

There is a website that sells a kit. www.autoloc.com They say that the kits come with everything that you would need to throw a 20ft flame. I looked into it also because I thought that it would be something different and cool. The kit though is nothing more than a spark plug, a relay and switch. I think that it would work better with a big block chevy blowing all that unburned fuel out the tailpipe. I have serious doubts about it working on an efficient honda motor. I hope that this helps. If you do get it and its works, let me know, I would like to do it also.

well, you can't throw unburnt fuel out the exhaust of a car with a catalytic converter, unless you add the fuel downstream of the converter.

exactly! then you might have to make it run rich in order to throw bigger flames. I saw the add too and was laughing 'cause it would amuse me for a while but it would just be a hassel after a while. There is also a similar product called 'dragon fire', might wanna look into that.

Dragon Fire is what they use in movies like the fast and the furious to throw flames. It works, and works well, seen it in action. The spark plug in the tailpipe has been around for years, and also works, although the flames aren't as big as the one fro the DF. You find some way of securing a spark plug(preferablly a big one with as large a gap as possible) in your tailpipe, and run it to the batter or ignition to make it hot. Next you program your car to run rich. The richer you run, the bigger the flames. Then you rev your engine. That's pretty much it. The bigger the engine, the bigger the flames, so like someone said, it doesn't work too awfully well on little Honda engines. Turbo's though, will make it work nice.
