i need help

i have a tight budget about 1300 to spend on exhuast and i want to know the general opnion about what the experts think..also if i buy an X/H pipe thats an off road without cats will that pass emisions??? for the setup i wanted to consider was this

Mac Long tube header
Dr. Gas Off road H pipe
SLP loudmouth Catback



if i nneded cats id get the bbk X pipe with cats

im not sure that dr. gas makes an h pipe, and if it means offroad that means no cats, no offroad pipe can pass emissions

I would get the bbk xpipe either way its pretty good. i have mac h pipe and im not so impressed. i think that since ur guna spend the money dont buy a h pipe. x pipes are better. full length bbk headers are also a must. mac's not that good of an exhaust, from my experience. better than flowmaster, but not good enough.

Oh and i think it would be pretty hard to pass. i know i wouldnt, even with my 92 motor. id just get cats, but im registered where i dont need 2. mwha ha ha ha!
