how can i boost my mpg?

With the recent jump in gas prices 2.10 here in E.NC I was wondering what one could do to boost gas mileage. Thanks

Not much without extensive modifications. That said you can change your driving style by being gentle with the gas pedal, drive like you have an egg under your foot. Keep you truck tuned and you can pump your tires up a little. If you have a manual shift, shift up as son as you can in each gear without straining your engine. Slow down early at stops and use the brakes as little as necessary. You get the idea, all the little things you already know will help. It will also reduce your driving fun factor but if you play a game of trying to get through stop lights without stopping it can be a challenge. Perhaps removing the tailgate will also help.
