GOod Bye TRans AM?

hey everyone... just to keep anyone posted who cares... Still dont have either of my cars running:banghead::crying: one being at the auto body for the damn accident( my mustang) Grrrrr Stupid People... the other sitting outside as nothing more then a paper weight( GTA) However some guy came into my job and we started chatting cars and he wants to buy my Trans am.... Yikes.... what do I do!?? i worked like a dog to get my 2 cars... and now he wants to buy it....i dunno.... i feel like such a traitor... ive wanted a trans am it was my realistic dream car.... i mean right now its just sitting out there cause of the electrical Drain... so what good is it serving me... but i dont want to get rid of it... alrighty i was just bored... thats enough for me

hey... yeah i dont know... i havent been back to work recently... so... i dont know what im gonna tell this guy... my sister needs are car... so maybe i could sell her the stang.... i dont want to lose my trans am its such a great car.....and i can get the electrical drain fixed... so.... i guess thats what ill do... either way i still dont have a car now and this is driving me CRAZY!!!! god id love to just go for a drive.... either car was a dream to drive depending on how i felt for the day... if i wanted speed i could drive my GTA if i wanted to be the cute girl in the conv. i had the stang.... NOw i dont have either..... I wanna cry.... GRRRRRRRRRRR

i feel you pain.. well sorta.. ice got my 76' but im not 16 yet so i can go rippin in it till december when i turn 16.. even then im gunna wait till the snow melts so its still over a year

on your drain if i remember correctly the battery drains quite fast, right? If so check these out! Get a digital multimeter (not the ones with a needle) and put in on DC volts. put one test lead on the POS. terminal of the battery and the NEG. lead across multiple places on the top of the case of the battery. If you get any reading this i surface discharge and you need to take it out and clean it with water and baking soda and dry it off really good. IF no readings there check the POS. terminal of the battery they are known to get to hot and fall out of the case. also check your wiring harness and all your fuses and relays, i am sure you have already but check them again and good. again GOOD LUCK and get back to us

well i guess for right now... im just gonna hold on to it focus on getting my mustang back cause that one can be fixed sooner and i need a car.... and yeah with the drain it took a couple of days... so... it was quick but not like over night either... more like a little under a week... anyways... GRRR THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING :banghead: im almost at my wits end with even trying to fix these damn things... i get home from work and im so not motivated to sit there and rip the car apart... a few people said they would do it for me... but wow i feel like crap for completely giving up and i dunno... anyhow thanks for all the ideas.... best thing that you could do is fix the trans am, it couldnt be that bad, and anything that is broken down can be fixed.
