98 taurus stalls

I have 98 taurus 3.0 Dtech 24 valve doc...It keep stalling or hesitates from a stop...Like it has no power...then just takes off...run fine at speed and is not hot or cold dependent...no eng lite

Perhaps just do a genral tune up. Oil, plugs, wires, air and fuel filters, o2 sensor, clean the iac valve. The 91 that we have allows you to adjust the idle with a screw.
