Just make sure you use a spring compressor. If not you can get hurt. Are you using stock shocks?

No offence intended, but I have changed probably many spring setups on various hondas and never once used a spring compressor. If you jack the car up all the way most of the tension is removed from the springs. I use an impact to remove the top nut from the struts and have never once had a problem.
The biggest problem is the lower control arm and trailing arm bushings and the bolts seizing up and breaking off in the bushings. (This is more of a problem for the DA integra, rather than the DC's.)

(you can find this at any parts store, ie; autozone)
Good choice on the springs, those are the springs I use on my turbo car and love them.

i would recommend getting new shocks soon. Your stock ones will last for a while then your ride is going to be reallly bad.

I think the KYB AGX are a nice addition to the eibach springs. Also you may consider koni yellows or tokico illuminas.
Based off my experiance with all three, I recomend the agx struts. Dollar for dollar a great set and handleing/stopping is drasticly improved over stock.

yeah the KYB, Koni, and Tokico are gonna be your top three choices. It will improve your handling and ride a lot better then your stock shocks. You wont regret getting new shocks.
