What do u guys think is better for turbo in the B-series motors?

I would say B18B (LS) cause of the lower compression, you can boost more on stock internals. Its a real good idea to build your engine up before boosting.

What is the boost on stock like 8psi's?

i've heard with good tuning and proper fuel management the internals can safely hold 12 psi for short amounts of time (drag racing and such) as long as it's a strong and well maintained engine

any stock b series motor will be good for boost with the exception of the b20.

I disagree!
I have quite a bit of experiance with boosting hondas and I would not take an LS or vtec motor over 6-7psi on stock internals. Don't get me wrong, I have seen people boost 20psi on a stock b18c1, but it wont last.
Which ever way you choose to do it, tuning is key! and building the block to handle the extra power is a must.
I like the transmission the ls's come with for boost purposes; however, the ls makes slightly less power than say a type r or gsr under the exact same boost conditions.
Tuning and boosting for a novice is idealy on an ls b18b motor. The only reason for the b vs. the a is the better cams and intake manifold/throttle body design.
IMHO, save for a good engine management first. I recomend the aem ems, it is dollar for dollar the best tuning tool you will find. It definitely beats uberdata and hondata.
If you are looking for a cheap setup, go with an uberdata setup.
Another thing to consider is keeping your engine cool under the extra strain. Perhaps investing in a oil cooler and better radiator should be considered.
