Car Wont Start Help

Recently changed starter motor, disconnected before removing the starter motor then changed it, reconnected the battery and engine turns over but will not start. Before i diconnected the battery it did run but had trouble starting it. The car does have a imoberlizer as standard, i have closed boot and all doors, locked it and it reset but when i try again it still dont start just turns over.
Some one please help me need car to work so i can get to work on monday.
