Struts for '95 GLX VR6

It looks like I need to replace the front (and rear eventually) struts on my Passat. We have no real source for good inexpensive parts here in Canada. Just the cartridges are going to run me about $140-150 each. Does anyone know a good source in the US that I could contact to see if they would ship to Canada? Has anyone done this on their own, if so how did it go? I need to do wheel bearings also so I've got my work cut out for me. Mike.
