its not complex.....actually quite...simple..
its getting to it thats the Bi#%H!!!
blazer lt has a link to a how too guide....if he reads this maybe he can point it out.
i recently did the core on my 93 4.3...tooke me almost 4 hours.....and cost my 55$ core/fluid.
be verry shure you are willing to go all the way..once you start...the core change....its
not that its hard.....its pactience and time.
if you dont wanna do it your self.....most places i went to wanted between $300-400......
and some didnt even want to be botherd...said cores are to much time...and not worth the $$
well good luck ......

I have changed 2 of them on my 92 S-10 4.3 4 x 4. It is a pain to change.

After doing the first one I said I would never changes another one, BUT I DID!

Could not afford the money they would charge to do it at a shop. Took me a bit over 6 hours, but I have physical problems with my neck and head that makes it a bit difficult to hold wrenches and use my arms and hands.

But it makes one feel good to do such a task and know it has been done properly and saved $$$.$$.
