For who's done it -
I ordered up a set of Edelbrock shorty "direct fit" headers w/o A.I.R., and a new replacement Y-Pipe w/welded on cat for my '94 Blazer.
Has anyone done this upgrade, and if so what issues am i looking at running into? I can tell I need a new manifold stud/spring/nut kit for both sides. Manifold bolts look fairy rusted. Got PB Blaster and plan to soak for a few days. Power steering bracket removal? Plug Wires melting? Any help or ideas is appreciated! Thanks.
